ARY GROUP is a group of companies operating in construction, tourism and retail sectors. The group is founded by Ali Rıza Yılmaz who has been in the construction business since 1950. With the participation of other family members, the first company in the group, Yilmazlar Construction & Trade Co. was founded in 1979 and later its name was changed t o Ali Riza Yilmaz Construction & Trade Co. in 1985.
ARY Group, which became a group of 8 companies after the participation of firms in various sectors, pursues a sustained growth strategy via modern and scientific methods with its approximately 600 employees.

Construction Group
ARY Group has successfully completed all projects including public tenders under the name of both Ali Riza Yilmaz Construction & Trade Co. and its other affiliates.
Retail Group
TEM 76 FACILITIES: The construction of B Type Highway Service Facility was started and completed in 1994 with "buildoperatetransfer" model on Kinali Sakarya Trans European Motorway (TEM), Tutunciftlik Area.
SUTLUCE GAS STATION:The facility with 16 gas and 2 LPG pumps on 3 islands, and a Market is managed by our group.
Tourism Group
In year 1993, our group has entered tourism sector with the management of its own 4star "Color Hotel" in Findikzade / Istanbul. Later, following the franchise agreement in year 2007, our hotel has been a part of International Ramada Hotel Chain.
THE FOUNDER
Ali Riza Yilmaz, born in 1926 in Rize, started working right after primary school as a carpenter apprentice to his father at the age of 15. After his years of working as a carpenter, he started in the construction sector as a worker, then a foreman and finally a subcontractor.
He got married to Ms. Makbule in 1945 and fathered four children: Nurten, Hizir, Suleyman and Orhan. The family moved to Istanbul in 1949..
With the help of the knowledge, experience and friends he accumulated during the construction projects in various cities of our country, he started undertaking contracts as a contractor. He founded Yilmazlar Construction and Trade Co. with his relatives in Istanbul in 1979 and later changed its name to Ali Riza Yilmaz Construction and Trade Co.
After the death of Mr. Ali Riza Yilmaz in 1993, the company has been managed by his sons who started working very early with their father.
The company, founded solely as a construction company at first, now continues its healthy development by investing into other sectors, which would make its founder proud.
